When I called customer service, they said they are on a well-deserved vacation. Okay, I think it's a scam.

My pet passed away the same day the food charge was deducted from my account. I would like to stop the order as it will be heartbreaking to receive it. Please cancel my account and refund my money.

Need to reorder immediately stolen dog food. 12 out of 15 packs sent and received.
Then called November 11 as 12 packs were stolen and wanted to reorder and consumer service said it would be here today, the replacement..
Still havent received and Charlie Loves your food. Cant bare to disappoint him tomorrow, and impossible to write 100 characters!!!

Ollie needs to update their app, so customers don't have to call customer service. No one has time for this nonsense.
You are also deliberately making it difficult to leave a review by requesting a 100 characters. This is a s yr they to get people to not leave a message.

I want to cancel my subscription
My dog didn't like the food, and I had to throw all of it in the trash. I was recommended your food by acquaintances, and this was my first time trying it, but my dog didn't like it.
My dog doesn't like ground food; she prefers to eat food in chunks.
She likes eating meat when it's cut into pieces. And also, she doesn't like the probiotics that you sent us.

They need better training.and communication skills. period.
After long hours of hold and emails not being submitted and round around, I've never got no emails about any documents needed and when I finally get them thru they still give me *** about one of them supposel its fine now , then after agent telling me they gonna resolve or try to resolve i get another itll take 5 to 7 days more ..really to get my card unrestricted and I just made a full payment that wasn't even due..easy for it to collect and cant unrestricted my card ..im furious with this crap.
Send documents needed from me, and for 5 days I've called, including on past weekend Saturday to be exact, and none ever called me back or reached out to get the account unrestricted. Not happy as a customer.

Not only did they bill me after I said I was putting my account on hold because they asked me to do it when I tried to cancel. They build one of my daughter-in-law‘s $500 without asking.
not developed at all because they’re unreachable 24 seven they do not have phone representatives available on the weekends or on Saturdays or in the evenings you have to leave messages and wait for them to call you back
When I tried to cancel my subscription, they asked me to put it on hold. I didnt realize that when you put it on hold they still bill you anyway I dont know why theyre not sending you the dog food.
They cant get my account information correct they didnt even send the email for the free collar. I had to call them to get.
They are very inconvenient service the portions they send out are tiny. I have a dog thats estimated to be 66 pounds not 12 the length of time that it takes to get the food after its paid for not ok

I always purchased books from Ollies. They use to be in great order now I can truly see that management has changed
Books are in n a mess. They just poured them out the box.
People are afraid to touch them. The books will fall if touched. Love buying the booksThe bathroom is a mess broken toilet seat for 3 weeks. Seat on the floor.

Ollie cancelled my subscription which is what I had asked for. They were very polite and kind about it. Overall, my experience with Ollie was easy, friendly and professional.
Resolved: Reschedule delivery
You make it goddammit impossible to contact you by phone. Your voicemail says you're open noon to seven on Saturday.
It's 2 o'clock and nobody picks up.
Second, I am in the hospital, my sister has my dog.
I have 2 weeks of your food in my fridge. And what you people consider a single meal is twice what my dog needs- typical of dog food companies who only care about pushing product.
I want the next order CANCELED.
Going forward, I am ordering on an " as needed" basis only.
This customer is tired of being overdelivered, over billed and ignored. Last chance, Ollie!
